Maple Dual year(99-00) with privy
 

I just recently picked up a silver maple with the dual year mintage, 1999-2000 and the firwork privy on the reverse. I was wondering what, if naything, is special about this coin, and if anything does it raise its value. It is still in the RCM plastic package.

I got it at the same price as the other maples i bought that day, but a few people gawked and gawed over it so Im curious to learn more about it.

That is KM#363. 298,775 mintage. $17.50 value in Krause's 2008 North American Coins & Prices (printed in 2007.) (I use it to identify coins, not for values.)
Some people like the privy marks. That gets into numismatics instead of bullion value. But it is still a bullion coin with a fairly high mintage. I like my maple leafs in mint plastic too.

Thanks for the info. Im not too into numismatics so i still see it as bullion, as you suggested. I have a couple in the RCM plastic, which i like and feel is an added bonus. I did think the privy and dual year was kinda neat, but i wouldnt have paid extra for it(and i didnt!) though some may. We'll see!
